Wednesday Yoga (Duxbury)

Suitable for beginners, this 1-hour class includes centering, warm-ups, and gentle yoga postures to help you stretch, strengthen, and tone your body while calming your mind. Most students feel relaxed and refreshed by the end of class. 4 Classes April 3, 10, 17 and 24 – 11am-12pm
