Each Spring millions of migratory birds begin a journey from their wintering grounds in warmer southern climates to their breeding grounds throughout the north. For anyone with a love for birds, the months of April through early June offer the best opportunity to see some of our most colorful birds as they arrive or pass through our region in search of their breeding grounds.
