Centennial Garden Tour 2024 (Hingham)

The Garden Club of Hingham welcomes you to the Centennial Garden Tour. Showcasing nine beautiful private gardens in different sections of town including Bradley Woods, Crow Point, Historic Downtown, Hingham Centre, South Hingham, and World’s End, the tour will deliver visual inspiration and highlights of Hingham history.
In addition to the private gardens, the civic garden at the Old Ordinary is on the tour. The Old Ordinary Garden has been generously maintained by volunteers from the Garden Club for decades and this year features the freshly repainted Thaxter Mansion portico – a project underwritten for the Society by the Club. We are grateful for our partnership with the Garden Club and hope you will support their Centennial Tour.
Our tour is self-guided allowing you to explore the beautiful neighborhood gardens in whichever order you choose. The owners, addresses, and property history are included with each garden description in your tour booklet.
