Birgitta Kuehn brings up an excellent point regarding Rick Vayo’s new hotel. While she does not seem to know anything about where the residents of the former Chilton House Rest Home actually relocated to, and whether they are happy in their new lodgings – and so is happy to imply some kind of wrongdoing without marshaling a single fact in defense of her insinuations – she is right to draw some attention to the need for more senior housing in Plymouth. I suggest that Kuehn risk some of her own capital (as Vayo has) and open a new rest home in Plymouth, so that she can have some skin in the game too. The rest home should be free of charge of course – we wouldn’t want to exploit anyone.
