Reaching a consensus on anything these days can seem impossible, but you’d be hard pressed to find anyone who wasn’t dazzled by the Light the Night display that’s turned Brewster Gardens a winter wonderland during the holiday season. Started in 2022, thanks to the efforts of Christine de la Torre, the display has expanded each year, becoming more elaborate and enchanting. (We especially like the 20-foot light tunnel and its array of changing colors.) De la Torre is now marketing manager for the Plymouth Downtown Waterfront group, which organized the spectacle.

If you haven’t visited Light the Night yet, today (Dec. 31) is your last chance to see it in person. If you can’t make it, don’t worry, you can also watch this video by Christopher Harting, which provides a zippy tour of the grounds.
