Donald F. Perrault, 89, of Plymouth, passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday, July 30, surrounded by his loving family.
He was the devoted husband of Anna (Kuhn) Perrault and the beloved son of the late Fardina and Adelia (Robbins) Perrault. Born in Plymouth on Feb. 15, 1936, Donald lived a life of dedication, craftsmanship, and quiet generosity.
Donald began his career as a television repairman, working at Samoset TV before establishing his own business. He later served as a hardware sales manager and builder for Sears, Home Depot, and Pinehurst Village. A master carpenter and talented woodworker, he shared his skills generously, completing numerous projects for St. Peter’s and St. Mary’s Churches in Plymouth. He also had a deep passion for photography, capturing moments with an artist’s eye.
In addition to his loving wife Anna, Donald is survived by his children: Donald Perrault Jr. of Brighton, Cheryl Perrault of Plymouth, David Perrault of Maine, and Marie Perrault of Plymouth. He was predeceased by his daughter Linda Jean Perrault, his brother Warren Perrault, and sister-in-law Clara.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, Aug. 5, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Peter’s Church in Plymouth, followed by interment at St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
Donald will be remembered for his skill, his kindness, and his unwavering love for his family and community.
