President Trump has demonized all immigrants, undocumented and legal residents as well as U.S. citizens.  The Brazilian residents of Plymouth are not the murderers and rapists that Trump has characterized. They are law abiding refugees and neighbors living their lives like the rest of us, just trying to get by, providing necessary services for the community.  We are losing our democracy to a racist authoritarian who is mimicking the tactics of other authoritarians and dictators.  We have the equivalent of the Gestapo rounding up brown and black skinned people without a warrant to satisfy quotas established by Stephen Miller.  The difference is these ICE thugs don’t identify themselves and cover their faces.  Are they really ICE, or are they vigilantes or bounty hunters?  Why won’t they identify themselves? And why is Plymouth County housing these detainees?
