I DO NOT understand why no one has addressed the highway entrances and exits to Plymouth that do not provide welcome to Plymouth signage and landscape. They are very unwelcoming. What landscape there is, is underwhelming, littered, unattractive and unkempt. Is there any fund for that? – Susan Thomas
