Besides Trader Joe’s, there are other great stores that could be located in Plymouth, especially Wegmans (Chestnut Hill). Also great are The Fresh Market (in Hingham) and Ring Bros. Marketplace (Dennis). Brothers Marketplace in Duxbury is also very good, and not far away.
To its detriment, Trader Joe’s has a lot of private label food that has a high salt content.
In Plymouth, there is very little delivery service, especially from The Market Pinehills. This is a drawback for elderly customers. Other markets use Doorstep for delivery, and the Market should also do so.
Also, The Market PineHills does not have handles on the bags (whereas Wegmans, Ring, Fresh and Brothers do), which makes it difficult for the elderly to carry the bags.
