Hello. Please allow me to begin by telling you I am a big supporter of The Plymouth Independent. Your news site is one of my 4 home pages on Firefox. I gladly support your work. I begin every day by reading The Independent. I should also tell you that we relocated from Pennsylvania to Plymouth in late 2021. Your organization has been a very useful source of information as we have adapted to a new hometown. I’m writing today to provide feedback on the Seafood Festival you have written about. We were happily planning to attend. But, after reading the article a second time, I realized we would have to buy $39.19 tickets to attend. The cost will prevent us from attending. Sorry, I don’t mean to sound pessimistic. But, frankly, visiting downtown Plymouth isn’t worth buying 2 $39.19 tickets. We often visit restaurants in town. We have also attended concerts and other events downtown. It’s a nice place to visit. But, having to pay $78.38 to simply attend a festival is, in my opinion, not worth it. Please feel free to share this message with festival organizers.
