Richard I. Robidoux, 87, passed away peacefully on August 18, 2026, surrounded by his loving family.
He was the devoted husband of the late Sandra A. (Silva) Robidoux.
Born April 29, 1939, in Carver, to the late Joseph F. and Carrie (Joseph) Robidoux, he was a lifelong resident of Plymouth, where attended school and built a carpentry business. Family and friends remember him for his love fishing, cribbage and cooking meals for his family.
He is survived by his daughter, Shelley Robidoux of Plymouth; grandchildren Cameron, Alexandra, and Seth; and great-grandchildren Jaylani, Joyden, and Skye. He was preceded in death by his wife Sandra A. (Silva) Robidoux, his son Richard J. Robidoux; and his brothers William, Joseph, and Henry Robidoux.
Visitation will be 9 to 10 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 26 at Cartmell-Davis Life Celebration Funeral Home, 373 Court St. A funeral mass will follow at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary’s Church, 313 Court St. Burial will be at Vine Hills Cemetery in Plymouth.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Richard’s name to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
