Sure, let’s hear it for those parade participants that made the march along the parade route. But once again to not have an option to use a rain out day proved to be a bust for all the merchants in town.
C’mon organizers, have a contingency plan. Is this now three years in a row, or four? Whatever, Sunday should have been an option.
