Jane B. Halle, a lifelong Plymouth resident, died peacefully Wednesday, April 8th, at BID Hospital in Plymouth. She was 82.
Born in Plymouth on April 12, 1943, she was the daughter of the late John and Esther (Silva) Botelho. Jane was raised in Plymouth and spent her career at Tech Etch, Inc. Family and friends will remember her for her love of traveling, cooking, gardening, and sewing, and a devoted parishioner of St. Mary’s Church. She was actively involved with St. Vincent de Paul and the church food pantry.
She is survived by her daughter Donna Diodato; siblings Lorraine Ferreira, Brenda Robidoux, Terri Botelho and John Botelho; as well as many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rene C. Halle, Jr.; and her brothers Wayne Botelho and Ronald Botelho.
Visitation will be 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday, April 26 at Cartmell-Davis Funeral Home, 373 Court St. A mass will be 10 a.m. Monday at St. Mary’s Church. Burial will follow at St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
