Woody became a loving stepfather to Mary’s children, Stephen and Lauren Caramello.
IBM sold its product centers to NYNEX (New York New England Exchange) in 1986, and Woody joined them national service support manager until retiring in 1988. Upon retirement, Woody and Mary, bult a home on Lake Oconee where they lived for many years until relocating to Covington, GA.

A viewing will be held from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturday, June 28, at Cartmell-Davis Life Celebration Funeral Home, 619 State Road, Plymouth, followed by a service at 12 p.m. at the funeral home. A burial service will follow at Manomet Cemetery.
Woody will be sorely missed as he was “so much for so many people.” His love for others was unconditional and he demonstrated this every day in how he interacted with all those he encountered. In lieu of flowers, we would like to ask anyone wishing to do so make a contribution to St. Jude Children’s Hospital or Alzheimer Research.
