Saturday is No Kings Day in Plymouth and in the entire country. This day is focused on ensuring people vote in the November 3rd midterm election, but I would like to discuss the period between November 3rd and January 3rd when elected congressional members are scheduled to be seated.
In a half-empty GOP convention, the President led thousands of supporters in a pledge to “cheat like hell” in the midterms. It sent chills down my spine, because the President has a habit of announcing his intentions in advance. So, as you celebrate No Kings on Cole’s Hill Saturday, beware and be ready for a wide variety of possible attempts to disrupt the electoral process on and after November 3rd.
