Do you know that a Goliath 40B development housing project is proposed for already densely populated North Plymouth? Three buildings are proposed, a total of 163 new units, essentially transforming a quiet neighborhood and one remaining woodland area between Prince Street and Hedge Road into paved over outsized housing projects.

Housing is needed. Affordable housing is needed. But the infrastructure and safety impact to this neighborhood, including but not limited to aging water mains, congested and confusing roadway intersections and high pedestrian traffic could have long term devastating consequences.

North Plymouth is a delightful mix of folks, ethnically and economically diverse. But in my experience, many folks don’t feel empowered to advocate for the needs of this village.
Please join me in opposing the 40B Pulte project. Attend the Conservation meeting on Nov. 4 at 7 p.m. at Town Hall. Attend the Zoning Board of Appeals meeting on Nov. 10 at 6 p.m. at Town Hall. Voice your concerns. Ask your elected officials to get tough.
Push Pulte away.
