Sauerkraut Workshop and Brats at IndieFerm (Plymouth)

Celebrate National Kraut and Frankfurter Week with IndieFerm by learning to make your own fermented sauerkraut while enjoying a grilled braut and beer or kombucha. Several ingredients will be provided so you can customize your sauerkraut. Ticket price includes entrance to the sauerkraut workshop, a brat or frankfurter on a toasted bun with IndieFermented sauerkraut and mustard, a beer or kombucha, and a 26oz jar with lid and airlock to ferment your hand-made sauerkraut.
