Charcuterie and Beer Pairing at IndieFerm (Plymouth)

All the Meats! Pairing Beer and Charcuterie with Adam Centamore. Beer and meat have long been enjoyed together. They make quite a team, whether it’s a pilsner with a burger or a can of stout kicking your stew up a notch. When it comes to charcuterie, people seem to think differently, and that’s a shame. Beer’s rich body and full flavor can be every bit the excellent dance partner for cured meats, and we’re ready to prove it!
Join IndieFerm and culinary educator (and cured meat fan) Adam Centamore for an evening of delicious exploration as you sample a variety of charcuterie paired with equally amazing beers. From authentic prosciutto di Parma to pork rillettes, Iberican ham to the grand salumi of Northern Italy and Switzerland, there is a wide world of incredible preserved meats out there, and the tasty beer selection of IndieFerm is ready to take ’em on!
